The Cleveland Heights High School Alumni Foundation, under it’s new name the “Heights Schools Foundation”, strives to engage alumni and friends through honoring, continuing and expanding the work of its predecessors.
In October of 2016, the CHHS Alumni Foundation voted to change its name to the Heights Schools Foundation in 2017. With a refined mission to enhance and enrich the educational experiences of all CH-UH students, Pre-Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade, the Foundation will leverage the energy around facilities renovation through stronger communication, connecting with alumni and community members, and facilitating a culture of philanthropy across the district. The name change is new, and we are still often referred to as the “Alumni Foundation” or ‘the Foundation.”
Funds entrusted to the Foundation from donations, spirit wear sales, and events support: scholarships to graduating seniors, targeted capital improvements such as the successful clock tower renovation, alumni communications & reunion committees and worthwhile educational experiences such as Holocaust studies and the Music departments.
